Adding Channel Connections

In order to export your cards as ebay listings, you must first add the eBay connection. Go to the Channel Connections page and search for eBay.

Click on the + Add Channel button. You will be prompted to create a listing template for eBay that includes your listing information preferences, shipping settings and payment and return settings.

Export listings

When you're ready to export your cards to eBay, go to the batch detail and click on the Export to Channels button.

You can choose to export all the cards in a batch or just the cards with the Ready to List status. Next, you'll be prompted to choose channels to export to. 

Listing Details

Your default Listing Template and settings will be applied by default.

Note: any changes made to the values will not be saved to the template. You can edit the template from the Ebay Listing Template page in your Connections settings.

As you navigate through the Listing Details form review the listing settings. 

1. Select whether the import is for Sports Cards or Trading Card Games
2. Choose between fixed price or auction as well as the duration. 
3. Choose the timing of the listing. The listings can be scheduled to go live immediately or can be scheduled for a future date and time. The listings can even be spread-out at even intervals so they don't all end at the same time. 

Shipping Settings

After completing Listing Details, you'll review Shipping Settings that will be applied to your listings.

On the Shipping setting screen select your shipping service, handle time, and cost for your shipping service.

Pro Tip: Ebay standard envelope costs $.63 to ship one card. 

• Shipping Profile: this can be used to leverage eBay business policies instead of our shipping drop downs here. If you wish to use this you'll need to copy and paste your eBay shipping business policy exactly as written by name. 

Payment & Returns

You will be required to add the shipping location for your listing so that eBay can calculate your shipping costs. You can also optionally choose to add your PayPal email address to accept PayPal as default payment method for your listing.

• PayPal Email Address: Add your PayPal email to allow buyers to use PayPal as payment method
• Return Profile: This can be used to leverage eBay business policies instead of our return option dropdowns here. If you wish to use this you'll need to copy and paste your ebay shipping business policy exactly as written by name. 

Review & Export

After completing all settings, you will have the opportunity to review the cards and settings that will be used to create eBay listings. 

Click the Download eBay CSV button or Export to All Channels to start export. Your file will appear as the first thing in your downloads folder on your computer. In order to finish uploading, navigate to: www.ebay.com/sh/reports/uploads and click on the Upload Template button. Choose your .CSV template and upload. Now your cards will be in your active listings if they were scheduled to go live immediately.
